INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY CELEBRATION – 21ST JUNE 2025

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the NSS unit of Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences conducted yoga sessions for undergraduates, interns, postgraduates, and staff on 21st June, 2025. This year’s theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”, emphasized the enhancement of both physical and mental well-being for all of humankind. The session was led by Ms. Sampreet and Mr. Vishnu in the college auditorium, with 50 participants in attendance. From Pranayamas to Asanas, students were trained and educated on the significance of each practice. The program commenced at 6:30 a.m. and concluded at 7:45 am.
