The department specializes in diagnosing and managing facial injuries, head & neck cancers, salivary gland diseases, facial disproportions, facial pain, impacted teeth, cysts, tumors, and other maxillofacial conditions, while training students through clinical experience, providing emergency services based on scientific principles, and contributing to research and professional advancement.
